Best product I have used so far. I have scoliosis, and fibromyalgia. It seems to last only 6 to 8 hours. I stand on a concrete floor working from 8 to 10 hours a day. Even so, I have less pain at the end of a day. Thinking about trying the Relief patch next.

I tried this and the Soothe patch on my journey to find the best products for me (GAD primarily). I was hoping for something that would be hard to notice and would last a couple of days so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. These patches were not worth the cost ($10 each patch). I could barely get them to stay on for 12 hours no matter where I placed them on my body. One completely rolled up inside my sock from an ankle placement, and one had to be held on with bandaids on my wrist, and still crinkled and lifted away from my skin. I can’t say they had any therapeutic affect on me as I spent those few hours frustrated that I had wasted my money. They also smelled strongly of menthol and camphor, which is important to remember of placing in a wrist or hand, because these areas come close to the face. At one point my lips were tingling because I wasn’t careful enough!

Cynthia, As an opiate patient, I had fentanyl patches. Best place for those was under my breast on the chest way. Stayed on whether sweating or not, FYI might work well for this patch 🙂

I have used this patch on 4 different days to prevent migraine and it has worked very well. I also had low anxiety, more energy, and a clearer mind than usual (Chronic Migraine along with many meds to treat it cause fatigue, aphasia, and cognitive limitations). The only issue in using the patch is it’s size and difficulty staying on when one sweats or has to do work in the water. I found the inside of my ankle is the best location bc my wrists are always getting wet with hand washing.
