Stay Well Rewards Loyalty Program Changes Effective Jan 11, 2020
We’re always striving to create the best customer experience for all of you. As part of our efforts to continue building, growing and learning, we are reviewing and revamping our Stay Well Rewards Program and as we re-design the Program, we have decided to discontinue the Stay Well Rewards Program as of January 11, 2020. Our team is already working on developing a new loyalty program that expands beyond the current benefits of the Stay Well Rewards Program. Unfortunately, part of the development process includes ending the existing program.

What does this change mean for you?
As of January 11, 2020, you will no longer be able to earn Stay Well Loyalty Reward points on your purchases. You will not lose any existing Stay Well Rewards codes you may have in your online loyalty account, however, any points that do not equal the amount needed for a Loyalty Reward code will be forfeited as of Jan 11, 2020 at 11:59 EST.

Will you still earn Stay Well Reward points on your purchases between now and January 11, 2020?
Yes. All purchases made between now and January 11, 2020, at 11:59 PM EST, will still qualify for Stay Well Reward points. They will be added to your Stay Well Rewards account as per usual.

Will you still be able to redeem your existing Stay Well Reward codes?
Yes. Any previously earned $50 Stay Well Reward codes will remain in your account until June 30, 2020 at 11:59 PM EST

Will my existing Stay Well Rewards codes expire?
Yes. All Stay Well Rewards codes will expire June 30, 2020, at 11:59 PM EST. You must redeem your codes for purchases before that time, or all Rewards will be forfeited.

What if you have points in your account that you have not converted to rewards?
As you may know, $50 Stay Well Rewards codes are earned with every 500 points you accumulate. If you have 500 points or more in your account at the time the program ends on Jan 11, 2020, those points will remain in your account. You will be able to convert them into $50 Stay Well Rewards codes and redeem them for purchases until June 30, 2020. If you have points that do not equal the amount needed for a Rewards code, those points will be forfeited on Jan 11, 2020. For example, if you have 550 points in your account as of January 11, you will be able to convert 500 points into a Rewards code while the remaining 50 points will expire.

Do I have to have an online account to earn rewards in the Loyalty Program?
In order to view your Loyalty account or redeem your loyalty rewards if you qualify for rewards, you will need to access your online loyalty account.

Is the $50 reward the only reward I could have earned with the Loyalty program?
Yes. Our Loyalty program only had one reward available. Our customers received a $50 loyalty reward when they spent $500 on purchases from April 1, 2019 to January 11, 2020.

Can these $50 Loyalty Rewards be combined with any other discounts or offers?
These rewards cannot be combined with any other special offers, but they can be stacked with group discounts like our Veterans discount. These $50 Loyalty rewards can only be used one per transaction.

Are these rewards good for any Surterra Wellness products?
Yes, you can use these $50 Loyalty Rewards on any product.

Is there a minimum purchase required to use these rewards?
Yes, the $50 Loyalty Reward is only valid for purchases of $50 or more.

Do these rewards have an expiration date?
Yes. All Stay Well Rewards codes will expire June 30, 2020, at 11:59 PM EST. You must redeem your codes for purchases before that time, or all Rewards will be forfeited.

Do I get loyalty points for any of my past purchases with Surterra?
No. Unfortunately, due to system limitations, we are unable to offer retroactive loyalty points for any past purchases.

My loyalty points/rewards are not showing correctly on my account? What should I do?
