Do I have to sign up for the Loyalty Program?

No. All existing patients are automatically enrolled in our Loyalty Program and will begin earning loyalty points. All new patients to Surterra will be automatically enrolled after their first purchase.

Can these rewards be redeemed in our stores?

Yes, our loyalty rewards can be redeemed on orders in our wellness centers, online orders and orders placed through our customer care center. Loyalty rewards may only be redeemed one per transaction.

Do I have to have an online account to earn rewards in the Loyalty Program?

No. You will be able to earn loyalty points on all transactions even if you do not have an online account. However, in order to view your Loyalty account or redeem your loyalty rewards, you will need an online account.

Is the $50 reward the only reward I can earn with the Loyalty program?

Yes. Our Loyalty program only has one reward available. You receive a $50 loyalty reward when you spend $500.

Can these $50 Loyalty Rewards be combined with any other discounts or offers?

These rewards cannot be combined with any other special offers, but they can be stacked with our group discounts such Veterans, First Responders, and Students. These rewards may only be redeemed one per transaction.

Are these rewards good for any Surterra Wellness products?

Yes, you can use these $50 Loyalty Rewards on any product.

Is there a minimum purchase required to use these rewards?

Yes, the $50 Loyalty Reward is only valid for purchases of $50 or more.

Do these rewards have an expiration date?

No, these Loyalty Reward discounts do not expire.

Do I get loyalty points for any of my past purchases with Surterra?

No. Unfortunately, due to system limitations, we are unable to offer retroactive loyalty points for any past purchases. You will begin accruing loyalty points as of the launch of our Loyalty Program.

My loyalty points are not showing on my account? What should I do?

Our loyalty points sometimes can take 1-2 business days to show up in your account. If it has been 2 business days or more, please call into our Customer Care Center for assistance at 1-850-391-5455. Our Wellness Line hours are Mon-Fri: 9AM – 7PM Saturday: 9AM – 5PM Sunday 12PM – 5PM.
