Shopping by phone is easy with a simple call to (850) 391-5455. Our Customer Care Center advisors are knowledgeable and ready to help. Our Customer Care Center is open Mon-Fri: 10 AM – 6 PM, Saturday: 10 AM – 6 PM, Sunday: 12 PM – 5 PM.

In-Store

Shopping in-store is a uniquely Surterra experience. Our stores are more than dispensaries – they are a wellness sanctuary! We are knowledgeable and passionate to help you find wellness and relief.
