Since we began in 2014, we’ve grown substantially across the state of Florida. Today, Surterra Wellness stores can be found in just about every corner of the Sunshine State, making it easy

for most of our customers to find their favorite products close to home. As we evaluate how we best serve our customers, we’re making changes to our delivery service.

Effective today, our delivery service options will be limited to our customers in the Florida Keys while we perform this evaluation.

We know this will cause an inconvenience to those of who rely on home delivery, and we sincerely apologize. You can still order your products online and have them ready for pickup at your nearest Surterra store. For customers who are homebound or otherwise unable to travel to the nearest Surterra Wellness store, a registered caregiver may pick up their products for them.

Why are you suspending your delivery service to some areas?

As the Florida cannabis market — along with the needs and expectations of our customers — continues to evolve, we are making adjustments to reflect where our customers are today and working to optimize our business for the long term.

When is the last day you will accept delivery orders?*

We will no longer accept delivery orders after 7 pm on January 14, 2020.

Will you bring back delivery service in the future?

We are always reevaluating the needs of our customers and will continue to explore delivery options in the future.

Are you offering delivery services to any areas?

We will be offering limited delivery service to customers in the Florida Keys, due to the geographic restrictions of that area.

I have an order in process right now, will I still receive that delivery?

All delivery orders placed before 7 pm on January 14, 2020 will be completed. We will be contacting you about the expected delivery timeline for your order.

Can I still place an order for in-store pickup?

Yes. The changes to our delivery service will not affect our in-store pickup options. You will still be able to order online or through our Customer Care Center for in-store pickup.

How will you meet the needs of those who are unable to travel to your stores?

  • Our hope is that with 37 stores across the state today, and additional stores on the way, our products are now accessible to a broader population of customers at our retail stores much closer to where they live.
  • For customers who are homebound or otherwise unable to travel to the nearest Surterra Wellness store, a registered caregiver may pick up their products for them.
