I suffer from a sleep disorder and use medical cannabis to help me with my insomnia.

I run a successful business in the hospitality space and sleep is scarce, so I really lean into medical cannabis to help me feel rested. Those that know me know that I am very into natural options, thus seeking prescription pills to address my sleep issues was never an option.

Medical cannabis has been an incredible tool for me and I am glad to see that many Floridians are learning more about the many healing properties of medical cannabis and how they can use it as a wellness tool. Flower is my preferred route of administration, but there are so many other options nowadays from tincture oils to lotions to capsules. Cannabis has come a long way.
